    30-Day Return and Exchange Policy

    Your happiness is our priority, and we are devoted to making you feel comfortable and confident when shopping at JulriBox, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item, in its original condition, within 30 days from the date of order placement.

    Return & Exchange Conditions

    1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
    2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was placed.
    3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
    4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
    5. For returns, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

    Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

    Non-Refundable Items

    1. Personalized items are non-refundable, unless JulriBox made an error during the personalization process.
    2. Items that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
    3. Items that were sent to you as a Replacement or Exchange are not refundable.

    Return Procedure

    1. Send a Request for Return or Exchange to: support@julribox.com Include your Order #, photo of the damaged item, and a description of the issue you are experiencing.
    2. You will receive a response indicating the next step in the return process, including the return address (if applicable).

    Refund Timeline

    Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account and cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

    Note:

    1. Customers who enjoyed free shipping on their orders will have the shipping charge deducted from their refund.
    2. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to JulriBox.
    3. A $15 Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refunded amount.
